Our Company

Entering the sector with its first facility established in Ankara in 2012, Unadam has maintained its place among the ever-growing companies of Turkey by proving its quality with its pure flavors. Developing special lavash formulations for the companies it works with, Unadam took its place in the sector today by producing within the framework of ethical rules for companies with references. Currently, Unadam, which has two factories, carries out its production in a total area of 4000 m².

The most important feature that makes Unadam Unadam is that it is pure and natural. Thus, it offers its customers delicious lavash, produced without losing the traditional characteristics of Anatolia.

From the very beginning, we aimed for a customer-specific boutique production and proceeded accordingly. We still offer our products to our customers without breaking this line.

While we carry out our P&D and R&D studies with our food engineers and experienced craftsmen within our company, we carry out production with our special formulations for our customers, which we have obtained after carrying out the studies by consulting both university professors and leading companies with a professional perspective.

Our quality policy does not directly aim at growing with overproduction, but at customer satisfaction with quality production. It is to produce quality, natural and delicious lavash under hygienic conditions by taking this to the forefront.

An important point of our policy is not to use additives. With the BRC system we run, we offer the product to the consumer without giving up control until the last point.

The biggest indicator of our priority is customer and consumer satisfaction; While we are developing a special prescription product for our customers, we go into the kitchen with them and try the product together. Then, we plan visits according to customer returns, and we are constantly in control of the product.

We always stand behind our products with our sustainable quality. This approach increases our quality continuously and our company takes firm steps towards the future. Our product studies for the future still continue and our unchanging mission is not to produce the most, but to produce the best.
